We show our customers the haircut as it comes together. Everything from the length of the sides to the finished piece to avoid mistakes, and insure the customer is 100% happy. If the customer decides to change his mind on the haircut AFTER he gets home, We always tell them to cruise in the next day and we will fix/adjust for free. Been shop policy since 1968 and always will be !
