Manbque is an organization of gentlemen for whom grilling is an all-encompassing passion. It formed on Chicago’s North Side in 2006 by seven friends with a love of great food, great beer, and the sound of a sizzling grill. It now includes over 400 members, who fire up the grill everywhere from the surrounding suburbs to Japan and everywhere in between. More info @ manbque.com
