Since we started customizing clippers their have been allot of people coming up with their "version" of a custom clipper. Ours our powdercoated, the others use reg. off the shelf at home depot paint. Ours start off as a brand new production unit from Andis, the others are factory 2nd's and used clippers they buy on ebay. Our finishes are 10x harder than automotive grade paint, the others use everything from spraypaint to exterior house paint (i have seen it - believe me). Bottom line is you get what you pay for in life.
